Data Deletion Instructions

Genuine Silver Grading uses the Facebook and Instagram APIs solely to publish coin listing content to our own business page and Instagram account. We do not collect, store, or process personal data from any Facebook or Instagram users.

What Data We Store

The only data stored from the Facebook/Instagram integration is a Page Access Token used to authenticate our own posts. This token is stored securely on our server and is not linked to any individual user's personal information.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you believe we hold any personal data associated with your Facebook or Instagram account and would like it deleted, please contact us directly:

We will respond within 30 days and confirm deletion of any data we hold associated with your request.

Removing App Access via Facebook

You can also revoke our app's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Click Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  3. Find Genuine Silver Grading and click Remove
